Dinners

Welcome Dinner

The Welcome Dinner is a three course fully catered event at Crooner, a licenced cafe/bar on Lygon St in Brunswick. Crooners does cater for special dietry requirements, as long as advanced notice is given.

During the welcome dinner will also be the charity auction, awards, prize giving and numerous other specials.

Farewell Dinner

The Farewell Dinner is a casual affair, held at a contemporary pub in North Fitzroy. It will be the perfect time to annecdote about the events of the previous 5 days, and plan for the ongoing games.

SGM

A Special General Meeting for the Camarilla Australia has been pencilled in to the Noctis timetable for Friday afternoon from miday till 2:00pm if it is required.

Noctis Meeting

The final Coordinator and Storyteller meetings will be held Friday afternoon before the first roleplaying session.

Games

Vampire: The Requiem

The Vampire Clan meetings have been scheduled for Friday before dinner, from 4:30pm till 5:30pm, and the Covenant meetings have been schedule from Friday after dinner, from 6:30pm till 7:30pm.

The first of the two Vampire sessions is Friday night, from 7:30pm till 11:30pm, and is to be a Grand Ball.

The second of the Vampire sessions is Sunday night, also from 7:30pm till 11:30pm, and is to be a craft fair.

Mage: The Awakening

In character meetings for the Mage genre are schedule for Saturday morning from 10:30am till 11:30am, before the Mage session.

The Mage session is from 11:30am till 4:30pm Saturday.

Changeling: The Lost

In character meetings for the Changeling genre are schedule for Saturday afternoon from 4:30pm till 5:30pm, after the Mage session and before dinner.

The Changeling session is from 6:30pm till 11:30pm Saturday night, and is to be a Steampunk ball, hosted at the Badger and the Barrel.

Geist: The Sin-Eaters

Noctis 2010 will be the launch of the Geist genre in Australia, so a character creation session has been schedule for Sunday morning, from 11:00am till 1:00pm, so that new players can create their characters for the game.

The first Geist game for Australia will be held Sunday afternoon, from 1:00pm till 6:00pm.

Werewolf: The Forsaken

In character meetings for the Werewolf genre are schedule for Monday morning from 11:00am till noon, before the Werewofl session.

The Werewofl session is from noon till 5:00pm Monday.

ANZAC Day

ANCAZ Day Dawn Service

While not an official part of the Noctis calendar, it is a tradition for many of the participants to attend the ANZAC Day Dawn Service.
